What is the CDCP and how do I apply?
The Canadian Dental Care Plan is a federal program for eligible Canadian residents. Apply directly on Canada.ca. Innovation Drive Dental does not receive or decide applications, approvals, or renewals.
What should I have after my CDCP application is approved?
Service Canada provides a letter with your member ID, benefit coverage start date, and co-payment level. You can also view your CDCP letters in My Service Canada Account. Call the office before booking to confirm current CDCP availability.
